In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your order, LogoPie.com only asks for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. All the information is strictly for LogoPie use. It will not be shared with any other company at any cost.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND ITS USE
When you order, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status.
We also ask for some information about your company in order to have a creative direction for your company's design needs.
All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create belong to our customers.
LEGAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT
All the rights of the logos and artwork LogoPie has created and designed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for.
LogoPie does not hold any right to the logos created except for the usage of the design in its portfolio and as advertising samples with full client description.
refund policy
Any refund requests after the acceptance of the first round of concepts or iterations requested on any selected concept will not be applicable.
In case of a refund, we will retain $99 with us for the services rendered and refund the remaining amount as applicable.
The refund policy does not apply for the "Standard" logo design package.
HOW THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERED?
Since you will pay using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on your account.
