All the information is strictly for LogoPie use. It will not be shared with any other company at any cost.

When you order, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status.

We also ask for some information about your company in order to have a creative direction for your company's design needs.

All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create belong to our customers.

LEGAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT

All the rights of the logos and artwork LogoPie has created and designed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for.

LogoPie does not hold any right to the logos created except for the usage of the design in its portfolio and as advertising samples with full client description.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We guarantee you full satisfaction or your money would be refunded.
There is a $10 administration fee for all refunds.

The refund policy will not take effect:

If you have approved your logo.
If we have begun working on your samples and made more then 3 changes for you.
If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
If the project is terminated due to any reason unrelated to our design.
If we do not hear back from you for more then 6 months.

HOW THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERED?

Since you will pay using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on your account.
