1. Selecting the package
You select the package that suits your requirements. If you are not sure, you can always start with the lower packages and upgrade to higher ones if required. Most of our customers choose Entrepreneurial or the Professional package.
2. Ordering
You can place your order online on our website by filling up the order form. You will be asked to fill up your contact and business related information, along with a few essential things that we will require to create your logo. If you are unsure, you may skip that piece of information. If required, our customer support executives will get in touch with you over the phone to collect the required information.
3. Payments
You can make payments via Paypal or Secure Credit card processor (payment gateway). On receipt of payment, we immediately start with the design process.
4. Starting with the design process
We design the concepts based on the information provided by you and seek your approval. You select the one(s) that closest matches your requirements. This continues until we reach the maximum number of concepts included in your package.
5. Modifications to the selected designs
After receiving the concepts you may wish to change certain elements such as font or color. You may also wish to combine certain logos to achieve the desired result. Each time you request these changes, it is called a 'Revision' and depending on your package, you have a certain number of free revision periods allocated to you. We revise the logos accordingly and resend the logo concepts.
6. Redraw
Though a rare situation if you still not like the concepts which we have sent you then we go in for redraw of your concepts after brain storming with you and then send you the designs.
